Columbia Alumni Winemaker Dinner Series
New York Vintners is thrilled to present the first winemaker event of 2018! David Noto ’10BUS of Altaneve, America’s only ultra-premium Prosecco, joins us at Manhattan’s Classic Car Club for an exploration of Italy’s Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. A menu of finger foods inspired by the unique terroir of the Italian Dolomites will be paired with David’s best-in-class sparkling wines, which offer the depth and complexity of Champagne while maintaining the signature crisp freshness that sets Prosecco apart. Join us for an inside look at Italian wine’s best-kept secret.
