Museum of the American Gangster Tour and Lunch

Located in St. Mark’s Place, the Museum of the American Gangster is a glimpse into the history of organized crime in the United States. The Museum of the American Gangster collection includes newspapers and photographs from the Prohibition Era, memorabilia such as John Dillinger’s death masks and bullets from the Saint Valentine’s Day Massacre. Attendees will also tour the old speakeasy. Stair climbing is required to view the museum.

After the tour, the group will take a short walk to enjoy an a la carte lunch at Lanza’s. Lanza’s Restaurant is a classic East Village Italian restaurant located on First Avenue and 10th Street.

Please meet the group promptly at 11:45AM at the entrance to the Museum of the American Gangster at 80 St. Mark’s Place.
