Brooklyn’s eclectic, creative style has made the New York borough a global fashion mecca recognized worldwide as the epitome of present-day “cool.” Discover what’s happening there today – from the maker movement to eco-conscious fashion. At this lively presentation, the co-authors and photographer will offer style advice from some of Brooklyn’s most well-known tastemakers representing the fashion, food, athletics and entertainment industries. Learn some of the best shops, markets, restaurants and bars that make Brooklyn a vibrant place to live and visit!

Author Anya Sacharow is a cultural reporter who has written for Time, Entertainment Weekly, and Rolling Stone. Shawn Dahl is a book designer, editor, and former editor of Time Out’s Eating & Drinking and other New York travel guides. Sioux Nesi is a fashion, beauty, and portrait photographer whose work appears in international magazine and advertising campaigns.
