SOLD OUT – Tour the Kandinsky Exhibit at the Neue Galerie

We are sorry, this event is sold out. Please contact events@columbiaclub.edu if you have questions.

This Vasily Kandinsky exhibit consists of 80 works including paintings, drawings, and decorative objects on loan from major museums in New York, Paris, and Berlin. The masterworks examine the development of Kandinsky’s art over a crucial period of time from the end of the Blaue Reiter period in 1910 into the pure abstraction of the 1925 Bauhaus years. It traces the evolution of his concept of the total work of art connecting art, music, and theatre.

After the tour we will walk to Giovanni Venti Cinque, a restaurant specializing in Tuscan cuisine, for lunch and further conversation.
