In this program, our panel of two employment lawyers will address a number of key concerns of both Employees and Employers — Chuck Forgang from the Employee’s perspective, and Jeff Landes from the Company’s perspective. Whether as an Executive it’s a new employment offer, employment agreement, consulting agreement, non-compete agreement or termination you are facing, or you are an owner or principal looking to protect your Company in these or other situations, this program provides an introduction to a number of employment law issues.

Charles (Chuck) Forgang regularly advises executives, consultants and professionals with respect to their Employment Agreements, Offer Letters, Severance (Termination) Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Non-Competes and other employment-related matters. A Charter Member of The Penn Club of New York, Chuck is also the Executive Vice President and leads Career Development for The Wharton Club of New York, the alumni organization for 30,000 of Wharton’s 90,000 worldwide graduates. He was also selected as the “Employment Law for Employees” member of the New York Chapter of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms, and is a member of the New York Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Prior to founding his own law firm in midtown Manhattan over 12 years ago, Chuck was a partner in the New York office of the national law firm Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., having previously been associated with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Jeffrey M. Landes is a Member of Esptein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice, in the firm’s New York office. He was recommended by The Legal 500 United States (2016) in the Workplace and Employment Counseling category.
