Join us this fall for a Mediterranean wine dinner with Paul Serelis of The Winebow Group. He has carefully paired Chef DiGiacomo’s courses with his best wines.

Course 1:
Spinach Gnudi with Roasted Tomato Pesto and Crispy Basil
Paired with Bianco Di Morgante
Course 2:
Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass with Wild Mushrooms and Gold Potatoes in a Red Wine Sauce
Paired with Domain Terra Vecchia
Course 3:
Spice Crusted Rack of Lamb with Fennel and Eggplant Caponata and Farro Risotto
Paired with Thymiopoulos
Course 4:
Porto Poached Figs in a Mascarpone Cream with Glazed Almonds
Paired with Samos gran cru

Reception: 6pmDinner: 6:30pm
Cost: $80++ per person.
